Pizzas

The Boboli Classico is a pizza crust prepared according to traditional Tuscan recipe. To taste it is to know it – we believe the Classico is the most delicious pizza crust available. Prepared with only the finest ingredients such as no less than seven quality grains, excellent olive oil and delicious Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese. The result is a special pizza bread: slightly crisp on the outside, yet soft on the inside –the ideal base for a brilliant fresh pizza. Focaccia

In ancient times the Etrusks in Northern Italy were renowned for baking delicious flat breads. The Romans called this delicious farmers’ bread Panus Focus: bread from the fireplace. Two thousand years later the Panus Focus is better known as the Focaccia and remains a true classic!
The Boboli Focaccias are hand shaped and baked according traditional recipe with refined olive oil and herbs. The Focaccia is a great complement to every meal, but specifically goes very well with salads, soups or pastas. Calzone

Ancient Italy, a hungry traveler invents the calzone by folding a small pizza into an easy to carry, edible lunchbox. Whether the story is true or false, the Calzone still remains the perfect snack. This especially goes for the Boboli Calzones: tasty Boboli bread filled with the finest ingredients. A few minutes in oven or toaster and it’s buon apetito!
The Toast Tuscany is a calzone filled with a slice of quality ham, Gouda cheese and a dash of basil. The Calzone Sausage is filled with Gouda cheese and spicy sausage.   Torta di Pane

In the Tuscan countryside this traditional feastbread is only baked for very special occasions. No wonder, since this wonderful bread pie is a real treat. It weighs a good 425g and is filled with fried onions, Gouda cheese and onion butter. Sunday morning, BBQ, lunch, drinks or dinner, the Torta turns everyday into a special holiday.
