We share your data with a few parties inside and outside of Europe in order for our services to properly function. Within Europe, these are Vimexx, for the hosting of our website, Purple Media, for maintaining our website, and T-ICT, for maintaining our mailboxes. These parties possess the adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data in the context of the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act / the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Yes, Boboli Benelux B.V. saves your data unless you request us to delete your data. Boboli Benelux B.V. deletes your data on request or depersonalises it. Do you want Boboli Benelux B.V. to delete your data? In that case, please send an email to info@boboli.nl. We will either delete your data from our databases and administration or depersonalise it within 14 days.
What are your rights?
Access to your data As a customer you have the right to access your personal data. This means that you can request what personal data of yours has been registered, and for which purposes this data is used.

As a customer you have the right to correct your personal data, if it turns out that our registration is no longer valid. This also applies in case the data needs to be supplemented or augmented.

As a customer you have the right to portability of your personal data. This means that we make your personal data available to you in a standard format, in order for you to reuse it.

Boboli Benelux B.V. will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure adequate safeguards for the protection and preservation of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data, with due regard to the state of the art. This also holds true for the information that can be appended, extracted or deducted from this data.
